Refund Policy
The refund boundary for digital board credits, in USD.
Digital credits
Boards are delivered digitally as images and item lists. Because delivery is immediate and digital, a board that has already been drawn and delivered is considered used.
Unused credits
Unused board credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in USD, to the original payment method once checkout is live. A credit is unused if no board has been drawn against it.
How to ask
Email support@ommuk.shop with your order reference. We confirm eligible refunds within two working days.
While checkout is pending
No payment is currently collected, so there is nothing to refund yet. This policy takes effect for real orders once the payment provider is connected.
